To appoint Govshudov Yagshygeldi Esenovich khyakim of Akdepe etrap of Dashoguz velayat.

To release Erkayev Murat Ovlyakulovich from the post of khyakim of Khojambaz etrap of Lebap velayat for not coping with the responsibilities assigned to him.

To appoint Achylov Erkin Yangybayevich khyakim of Khojambaz etrap of Lebap velayat and to release him from the post of deputy khyakim of Sayat etrap of Lebap velayat.

To release Rozyev Atajan Jorayevich from the post of khyakim of Charjev etrap of Lebap velayat for not coping with the responsibilities assigned to him.

To appoint Seyidov Astanogly Kullyevich khyakim of Charjev etrap of Lebap velayat.

With a view of radical reform of agriculture of the country in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State and further increase of efficiency of activity of this sector by means of improvement of management I decree:

To release Nazarmyradov Nazarmyrat Geldimyradovich from the post of Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan in connection with his transfer to another position.

To appoint Ovezliyev Mulkaman Gulnepesovich Chairman of the State Association “Türkmengallaönümleri” and to release him from the post of Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Atayev Begmyrat Gurbangeldiyevich Chairman of the State Association of Food Industry of Turkmenistan and to release him from the post of Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan.
