In accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, I decide:
For a great personal contribution to strengthening independence and sovereignty, strengthening defense capability, protecting the territorial integrity of neutral Turkmenistan, ensuring security, public and legal order, legality, exemplary performance of official duties and achieving high results in combat training, given the many years of impeccable service to the sovereign Fatherland, the courageous people, conscientious and exemplary work, special services to the state and society, great success in fruitful state and public work, as well as on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree “On awarding military personnel with state awards and employees of the military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan”.
Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism of great ancestors, in our Fatherland, according to the established tradition, with a view of further strengthening of unity and consolidation of Turkmen society and every family as well as on the 31st anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning the convicted on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan», having released pardoned citizens of our country from further serving the principal penalty as deprival of freedom as well as additional penalty as conferring obligation to live in a definite place.

In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Legal Acts”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree, by which amendments and additions were made to the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan №4746 of July 7, 2000 “On streamlining the activities of state institutions at the customs border of Turkmenistan and establishing uniform fees and payments levied on owners of vehicles in foreign countries”.
In order to fulfill the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 58 “On setting up the State Committee for the Construction of the Center of the Akhal Velayat” dated April 28, 2022, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the Regulations on the State Committee for the construction of a new center of the Akhal Velayat, as well as the structure and staffing of the central office, and the size of monthly salaries of the heads of the above Committee.
In order to conduct fundamental scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical research in the field of seismology in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, further improve the efficiency of scientific research, study modern geodynamic activity, identify patterns of physical processes in seismogenic zones and seismically hazardous areas during seismic phenomena, and train young scientists in this field, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the State Programme on Comprehensive Development of Seismological Science in Turkmenistan for 2022–2028 and the Action Plan for its implementation.
Appoint Gendjiev Durdy Meymanovich as the Chairman of the State Committee for the Water Industry of Turkmenistan.
