For great achievements and good results in popularization of international recognition of "paradise" racers being an asset and pride of Turkmen people and recognised as a standard of beauty, development of horse-breeding branch, livestock increase, preservation and improvement of breeding and productive qualities of Akhal-Teke horses, considering long-term diligent both in his exemplary work and professionalism and also on the occasion of the national holiday of the Turkmen horse I decree:
In order to further increase the world fame of our «paradise» horses, which are the national treasure and pride of the Turkmen people, as well as in accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan № 12657.
Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed to us by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and every family, as well as on the occasion of the sacred Gadyr gijesi, the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardon in honour of the sacred Gadyr gijesi of convicted persons», releasing those pardoned from further serving the main punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty.
In order to further reform the agricultural sector of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, increase the volume of agricultural production, as well as ensure the cultivation of generous rice crops, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution «On the production of rice in Turkmenistan in 2023».

With a view to strengthen unity, harmony and coherence of the people in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, to ensure a careful attitude to age-old traditions and customs and preserve our spiritual wealth as well as in accordance with article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, hereby I decree:
To appoint Doglotov Mekan Rejepmyradovich as the Hakim of the Karizek etrap of the city of Arkadag.
