The President of Turkmenistan signed an Order, allowing the travel of 289 pilgrims to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj from the 10th of June to 9th of July, 2024.

In order to enhance the role of science in the context of reforming sectors of the national economy, including accelerating the development of innovative technologies for the production of environmentally friendly energy-saving goods, oriented towards import substitution and export, based on biology and biotechnology, as well as scientific substantiation of the formation of a powerful bio-industry in the country using biotechnology in era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving the State Program for the Comprehensive Development of Biotechnology in Turkmenistan for 2024–2028 and the Action Plan for its implementation.
With a view of successive development and modernisation of the material and technical basis of the education system and successful solution of the goals designated in the Program of the President of Turkmenistan of social and economic development of the country in 2022-2028 as well as augmentation of the beauty of architectural town-planning shape of Ashgabat in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to authorise the khyakimlik of Ashgabat city to conclude a contract on designing and construction of a kindergarten for 320 children with an accomplishment of its adjoining territory on Senagat Street of Buzmeyin etrap of the capital with «Berk Gala Gurluşyk» Economic Society.
In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028, create comfortable conditions for living and recreation of the population, as well as further enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of Ashgabat in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing ministries, departments and the hakimlik of the city of Ashgabat to conclude contracts with local construction enterprises for the design and construction of modern 4 nine-story residential buildings with 36 apartments each, 4 nine-story residential buildings with 54 apartments each in the capital's Parahat-7 residential complex and 2 nine-story residential buildings with 72 apartments each with landscaping of the surrounding areas.
