The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan and the khyakimliks of velayats to ensure fulfillment of the 2015-production plan for 2,000 tons of raw silk cocoons, including Akhal velayat - 155 tons, Balkan velayat - 25 tons, Dashoguz velayat - 470 tons, Lebap velayat - 950 tons, and Mary velayat - 400 tons.
