According to the Decrees of the President of Turkmenistan:

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Khyakim of Balkan Velayat in charge for education, culture, health care, and sports, Bahargul Mamyeva was severely reprimanded for improper performance of official duties and serious shortcomings in work.

In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Legal Acts", President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, signed the Decree on amending Presidential Decree No. 1077 dated November 29, 1993 "Concerning State Duty ".

According to the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan:

The President of Turkmenistan has signed an Order, authorizing Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs R. Following the traditionally good-neighborly relations and friendly cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, based on the principles of mutual respect and support, in order to transfer the products manufactured in our country to the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation as a sign of friendship and good-neighborliness, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing:

In order to effectively use the production capacities of the enterprises of the Ministry of Textile Industry, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to sell various types of cotton fiber for industrial processing to the Ministry of Textile Industry at appropriate prices.

In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the "Programme of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025" in the epoch of might and happiness, to preserve the stable socio-economic development of the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the 2021 Work Plan for the economic sector of the country.

In compliance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Public Prosecution of Turkmenistan”, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has passed a Resolution appointing counselor of justice Begmyrat Meretdurdyevich Begmyradov Deputy Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan and Director of the Main Directorate.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, the Strategy for managing and restructuring government-sponsored enterprise in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025 and the Action Plan for its implementation were adopted.
