Conceptual Strategy of development of Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex and Seydi Refinery is under elaboration. The Head of the State was informed about the work on the Concept by Vice-premier M. Meredov at the session of the Government on March 15.

The Head of the State ordered to start cotton sowing in Ahal, Balkan, Lebap and Mary Velayats on March 23 and in Dashoguz Velayat on March 27 at the session of the Government on March 15. It is planned to produce 1,050,000 tons of cotton this year.
