The second meeting of authorized representatives of the Caspian littoral states has ended in the capital. It discussed a Draft Intergovernmental Agreement on Scientific Research Cooperation in the Caspian Sea.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the enterprises of the ""Türkmenawtoulaglary"" Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communication to conclude contracts with the ""Muhammet-Balkan"" Economic Society for the design and construction of passenger bus stations with the improvement of the adjacent territory in the administrative centers of the Balkan (Balkanabat), Dashoguz (Dashoguz), Lebap (Turkmenabat) and Mary (Mary) regions.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held working session with participation of hyakims of Ashgabat and velayats. The agenda included subjects related to preparation of development of investment programme for 2020 and realization of objectives outlined in the Programme of social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025.

Another meeting of authorised representatives of Caspian states, which was organized by the Foreign Ministry, Ministry of Economy and Finances and Institute of Caspian Sea, has accomplished in Ashgabat.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received PJSC LUKOIL President and CEO Vagit Alekperov.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov inspected projects of development of the capital infrastructure, situation at the construction sites of different facilities. During working trip, the Head of the state has visited International Ahalteke Equestrian Complex as well as his horses in the Ahalteke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed congratulation on the 75th birthday anniversary to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation, People's Artist of Turkmenistan Polad Bulbuloglu.

The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs held a meeting on the occasion of the event aimed at the successful implementation of a unique project - the construction of a new administrative centre of Ahal Velayat.

In order to observe the Resolution dated March 4, 2019 on the construction of a new administrative center of Ahal Velayat, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution.

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Gurbanov Arman Muhammetnazarovich is appointed as the Khyakim of Kaahka Etrap, Ahal Velayat.
