In order to ensure the preservation of national publishing products, books, which are the spiritual wealth of the Turkmen people, in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state in modern conditions, increasing the people's love for books, for reading and further improving librarianship in our country, as well as in accordance with the laws of Turkmenistan «On Culture», «On Libraries and Librarianship», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution. The document approved the State Program for the Development of the Library Sphere of Turkmenistan for 2025-2029 and the Action Plan for its implementation.

On January 23, 2025, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the Director General of the Olympic Council of Asia, President of the World Aquatics Organization Husain Al-Musallam.

Today, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, General of the Army Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an enlarged visiting session of the State Security Council to sum up the work of the country’s military and law enforcement
