On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan and on his own behalf, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed congratulations and best wishes to Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and the fraternal people of Qatar on the occasion of the National Day of the State of Qatar.

On behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan and on his own behalf, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed congratulations and best wishes to King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the fraternal people of the country on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

On December 9, a signing ceremony was held as part of the International Exhibition devoted to the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, currently taking place in the capital. The signed documents are aimed at promoting the long-term cooperation between the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and our country’s national parliament and legal institutions.

On December 9, the capital’s Bagtyyarlyk etrap hosted the opening ceremony of an ornamental metalwork plant with a production capacity of 300 tons per year ahead of the celebrations to mark the 25^th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality.

Representatives of the Mejlis took part in the online roundtable meeting “Challenges and Opportunities in Parliamentary Monitoring and Evaluation”, held by the Inter-Parliamentary Union. The meeting brought together parliamentarians and experts from around the world, representatives of authoritative international structures.

On the instruction of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan took part in the high-level pledging event for the Central Emergency Response Fund.

Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Central Asian states, including Turkmenistan, the People's Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan took place in the videoconference meeting ""Central Asia + the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan + the People's Republic of China"" on December 9.

On December 9, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference working session dedicated to current situation in the trade complex of the country and the utmost objectives of its further development. Some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers and heads of relative ministries and departments took part in the session.

Presentation of book of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Spiritual World of Turkmens” published in Russian language has been held on December 9 under International exhibition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality.

On December 8, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a presentation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov’s book “The Spiritual World of the Turkmen”, published in the Azerbaijani language.
