In order to ensure domestic agricultural producers have the necessary phosphate fertilizers and to produce new types of mineral fertilizers in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a decree authorizing the State Concern "Türkmenhimiýa" to conclude a contract with the company "Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd" (Republic of Korea) for the design and construction of a production complex within the structure of the S.A. Niyazov Turkmenabat Chemical Plant. The complex is planned to have an annual output of 350,000 tons of superphosphate and 100,000 tons of ammonium sulfate.
In order to develop the utility services sector and significantly improve the level of communal and household services provided to the population in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a decree, according to which the khakimlik of Ashgabat city is authorized to conclude a contract with the company "Changsha Zoomlion Environmental Industry Co., Ltd" (PRC) for the purchase of specialized vehicles, communal machinery and equipment for providing utility services, as well as spare parts for them.
