In accordance with paragraph 16 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan decides:
Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has held a working meeting via a digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyev, who is in charge of the agro-industrial complex, and velayat khyakims. The agenda included issues of developing the agro-industrial complex and the progress of work in the regions of the country.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people, the Government of the country and on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty Frederick X on his ascension to the throne as King of Denmark.
Statement of national position on climate change and environmental security, made by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP-28) in Dubai on December 1–2, 2023, was published and distributed on six official languages of the UN as an official document of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly.
In order to scientifically substantiate the fundamental transformations being implemented in our independent Fatherland in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the introduction of scientific achievements in the economy and in all spheres, as well as the training of highly qualified specialists and scientific personnel, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order according to which quotas for the admission of graduate students were approved postgraduate studies, doctoral students in doctoral studies in scientific areas, registration of applicants for academic degrees, as well as admission of residents to clinical residency in 2024.
Last week, 33 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
Events of the past week once again testified clearly fruitfulness of constructive initiatives of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on an all-around development of Turkmenistan, creation of a strong basis for further increase of social living standards of Turkmen nationals and consistent development of fruitful cooperation with all interested foreign partners.

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the hakim of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap of the city of Ashgabat Gyshykov Agageldi Meretdurdyyevich was reprimanded for shortcomings in the cleaning, improvement, and repair of roads carried out on the territory of the etrap, as well as for improper performance of official duties.
By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the head of the State Agency for the Management of Highway Construction, Yolamanov Serdargeldi Gurbangeldiyevich, was reprimanded for improper performance of official duties, weakening control over subordinate structures, and shortcomings in the road construction work carried out in our capital - the city of Ashgabat.
