The capital of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) is hosting the next BRICS summit, in which the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov is taking part. Participating in the forum for the first time, the head of the Turkmen state, in his speech, thanked the President of Russia Vladimir Putin for the hospitality and warm welcome, and emphasized that in the invitation to the summit he sees, first of all, a respectful attitude towards Turkmenistan.

In order to further enhance cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Federal Republic of Germany, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Joint Turkmen-German Working Group from the Turkmen side.

In light of the growing investment interest of major international monetary funds and a number of investment companies around the world in the further development of the city of Arkadag, including through the large-scale implementation of innovative technologies, the establishment of modern production facilities, the modernization of transport infrastructure, consultations and exchange of experience in these areas, as well as the achievement of sustainable comprehensive economic growth of the city, activities in construction and other areas, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order.
