Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via the digital system, having discussed priority issues of state life and considered drafts of a number of documents.

The past week brought yet another vivid evidence of Turkmenistan's confident steps along the path of progress and prosperity under the far-sighted leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, whose innovative policy is aimed at ensuring a decent life for the people, accelerated socio-economic development of the Motherland, which rightfully enjoys high international prestige.

Today President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received Board Chairman of the Gazprom PJSC Alexey Miller.

On August 27, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, on the instructions of the President of the country, examined with the state of affairs in the Avaza National Tourist Zone.

During the extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on July 8 this year, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov placed special emphasis on the need to take further steps to promote the environmental initiatives of Turkmenistan and develop effective cooperation in this area with foreign partners.

This morning, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov flew around the capital by the helicopter familiarizing himself with the complex works carried out here, as well as with projects for further improvement of the social infrastructure of Ashgabat.

Thanks to the far-sighted policy of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the economy of Turkmenistan demonstrates dynamic and steady growth, which is driven by high investment activity, an increase in domestic and external demand, the development of entrepreneurship, and a set of implemented measures to rise real incomes of the population.

Today, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Chairwoman of the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh G. Mammedova have participated in the opening ceremony of a new building complex of the Economic Management Department of Military and Law Enforcement Agencies at the State Border Service of Turkmenistan.
