For great successes in strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, building up the country’s economic potential, implementing state programs for the development of the agricultural sector of the economy, special merits to the independent Motherland and native people, taking into account many years of conscientious and exemplary work, as well as on the occasion of the Harvest Festival, I decree:
