In order to hold a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan in a solemn atmosphere and at a highly organised level on the occasion of the 35^th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan resolves:

1.Create an Organising Committee for holding a high-level meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan and approve its composition.

2.The apparatus of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, together with the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, shall provide organisational and methodological assistance to velayat, etrap and city Halk Maslahaty in work related to the preparation and holding of meetings of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, and coordinate these activities.
