By the decree of the Office of the Mufti of Turkmenistan, Rahman Gurbanmyradov was relieved of his post as chairman of the Ahal velayat office of the Office of the Mufti of Turkmenistan – chief imam of the velayat and appointed as the mufti of Turkmenistan.

By the decree of the Office of the Mufti of Turkmenistan, Ishangulyyev Vepamuhammet was relieved of his post as the chairman of the Ashgabat city department of the Office of the Mufti of Turkmenistan and the chief imam of the city and appointed as the chairman of the Ahal velayat department of the Office of the Mufti of Turkmenistan – the chief imam of the velayat.
