In accordance with Articles 25, 56, 60, 81 and 102 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the court», I decree:

to appoint Hummedov Mekan Ilmyradovich as a judge of the Berkararlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat and to assign him the fifth qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Bagyyeva Mahriban Allashukurovna as a judge for family cases of the Kopetdag etrap court of the city of Ashgabat,

to appoint Ymamberdiyeva Ayjahan Yagmyrovna as a judge of the Ahal velayat court, to include her in the Presidium of the Ahal velayat court, and to relieve her of her position as a judge of the court of the Ak bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat,

to appoint Alyyev Muhammetmyrat as a judge of the court of the Ak bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat and to assign him the fifth qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Muhammetgurbanov Mekan Muhammetnurovich as a judge of the Babadayhan etrap court of the Ahal velayat and to assign him the fifth qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Kozyyev Shatlyk Babajanovich as a judge of the Etrek etrap court of the Balkan velayat and to assign him the fifth qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Metgeldiyeva Maysa Jumadurdyyevna as a judge for family cases of the Turkmenabat city court of the Lebap velayat, relieving her of the post of judge of the Turkmenabat city court of the Lebap velayat,

to appoint Saparmammedov Orazmuhammet Gochmammedovich as a judge of the Halach etrap court of the Lebap velayat and to assign him the fifth qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Hojamyradov Sohbet as a judge of the Mary city court of the Mary velayat and to assign him the fifth qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Annagulyev Jeyhun Elyas ogly as a judge of the Tagtabazar etrap court of the Mary velayat and assign him the fifth qualification class of a judge,

to dismiss Kemalova Leyla Myradovna from the position of judge of the Berkararlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat due to the expiration of her term of office,

to dismiss Begjanova Dunyagozel Bayramsahedovna from the position of judge of the Ahal velayat court due to the expiration of her term of office,

to dismiss Ovezov Meylis Maksatgeldiyevich from the post of judge of the Balkanabat city court of the Balkan velayat due to the expiration of his term of office,

to dismiss Esenov Ovez Agageldiyevich from the post of judge of the Mary city court of the Mary velayat due to the expiration of his term of office.
