In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan», I decree:

appoint 2^nd class lawyer Kakageldiyev Dovrangeldi as prosecutor of the city of Turkmenbashy for supervision of compliance with the law in correctional institutions;

dismiss junior justice advisor Karyyev Rahat Shyhmyradovich from his position as Turkmenbashy city prosecutor for supervision of law enforcement in correctional institutions due to the expiration of his term of office.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan»:

justice advisor Taylyyev Nejep Mammetamanovich was appointed Deputy Prosecutor of the Mary velayat;

junior justice advisor Novruz Gurbanovich Amanov was appointed prosecutor of the Sarahs etrap of the Ahal velayat, relieving him of his post as prosecutor of the Gyzylarbat etrap of the Balkan velayat;

junior justice advisor Abdyllayev Agamyrat Italmazovich was appointed prosecutor of the Gyzylarbat etrap of the Balkan velayat, relieving him of his post as prosecutor of the Boldumsaz etrap of the Dashoguz velayat;

2^nd class lawyer Mededov Perhatberdi Ahmetberdiyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Boldumsaz etrap of the Dashoguz velayat;

2^nd class lawyer Sahedov Aymyrat Baymyradovich was appointed prosecutor of the city of Dashoguz, Dashoguz velayat;

2^nd class lawyer Garajayev Charyyarmuhammet Orazmuhammedovich was appointed prosecutor of the Sayat etrap of the Lebap velayat;

junior justice advisor Tayev Shohrat Sapardurdyyevich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Sarahs etrap of the Ahal velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

junior justice advisor Bashimov Toyly Allaberdiyevich was dismissed from his post as prosecutor of the Sayat etrap of the Lebap velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

junior justice advisor Charyyev Rahym Charyyarovich was dismissed from his post as prosecutor of the city of Dashoguz, Dashoguz velayat.
