Considering the achievements in strengthening international cooperation of independent, neutral Turkmenistan and the realisation of the rights of children in need of guardianship to dignified and full participation in the life of society and the state, the significant personal contribution to the development of the humanitarian, charitable and volunteer movements in our country, fruitful public activities, and also on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Charitable foundation for assistance to children in need of guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, I decree:
to award the following foreign citizens with the medal of Turkmenistan «Arkadag»:
