On the appointment of elections of members of the Halk Maslahaty in the newly formed etraps of the velayats, as well as to replace the early resigned deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and members of the velayat, etrap, city Halk Maslahaty and Gengeshes.

In accordance with Articles 4, 85 and 87 of the Electoral code of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan resolves:

To appoint elections of members of the Halk Maslahaty of the Altyn Asyr etrap of the Ahal velayat, Garashsyzlyk, Gubadag etraps of the Dashoguz velayat, Dovletli, Farap, Garabekevul etraps of the Lebap velayat, Oguzhan etrap of the Mary velayat, and in connection with the early withdrawal of deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan in electoral districts №74 «Amyderýa», №79 «Darganata» of the Lebap velayat, №104 «Peşanaly» and №106 «Wekil» of the Mary velayat, to appoint elections in these electoral districts instead of the early withdrawn deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, members of the velayat, etrap, city Halk Maslahaty and Gengeshs, on Sunday, 29^th of March, 2026.
