On awarding the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Türkmenistanyň Bitaraplygynyň 30 ýyllygyna» and a set of commemorative signs to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag

Considering the significant personal contribution to the implementation of fundamental reforms in the name of the development of the state and raising the standard of living of society, in strengthening the status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, having laid down clear and verified principles of the epoch at every stage of the development of our state during the years of sacred independence and permanent neutrality, in enhancing the international authority of the country, pursuing in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the Powerful state a policy of good-neighbourliness and sustainable development aimed at ensuring universal peace, trust and prosperity, having significantly strengthened the partnership relations of the Fatherland with the states of the planet and international organisations, in the promotion and implementation of the new philosophy of international relations - the global initiative «Dialogue - a guarantee of peace», aimed at consolidating the efforts of the world community in approving international initiatives on topical issues of the global agenda, traditions of peaceful and trusting coexistence of the peoples of the planet, having established close ties with the United Nations and other authoritative international structures, in the formation of the policy of peace and trust of our country, holding numerous international events at a high level, leading the Organising State Committee for holding high-level events on the occasion of the International year of peace and trust, as well as the 30^th anniversary of permanent neutrality, valuable advice, recommendations on approving the policy of permanent neutrality in national legislation, particularly outstanding services to society and the state, proposals from representatives of people, large public associations, work collectives and citizens of our country, as well as on the occasion of the International day of neutrality, the 30^th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan in the International year of peace and trust, I decree:

to award the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Türkmenistanyň Bitaraplygynyň 30 ýyllygyna» and a set of commemorative signs to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag Berdimuhamedov Gurbanguly Malikgulyyevich.
