In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan», I decree:
to appoint junior justice advisor Orazov Didar Suhanberdiyevich as Prosecutor of the Balkan velayat, relieving him of his post as prosecutor of the Dashoguz velayat;
to appoint junior justice adviser Annalyyev Shukur Bayramdurdyyevich as prosecutor of the Dashoguz velayat, relieving him of his post as prosecutor of the Mary etrap of the Mary velayat;
to appoint 2nd class lawyer Kajarov Begnazar Nazarovich as the Mary prosecutor for supervision of compliance with the law in correctional institutions;
to dismiss junior justice adviser Amanmyradov Kakajan Kanalovich from the post of prosecutor of the Balkan velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;
to dismiss junior justice advisor Annabayev Hangeldi Amangeldiyevich from the post of Mary prosecutor for supervision of law enforcement in correctional institutions due to the expiration of his term of office.
