In accordance with Articles 56, 60, 81 and 102 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the court», I decree:

to appoint Dovran Gurbanov as a judge for family cases of the Berkararlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat, dismissing him from the post of judge of the court of the Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy etrap of the Dashoguz velayat,

to appoint Seytiyev Serdar Altyyevich as the chairman of the court of the Ak bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat, relieving him of his post as a judge of the Balkanabat city court of the Balkan velayat,

to appoint Rahymberdi Nurberdiyevich Hydyrberdiyev as a judge of the Altyn asyr etrap court of the Ahal velayat and to assign him the 5^th qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Sapargulyyeva Govher Charyyevna as a judge of the Balkanabat city court of the Balkan velayat, relieving her of her post as a judge of the Turkmenbashy city court of the Balkan velayat,

to appoint Meylis Begmyradov as a judge of the Gyzylarbat etrap court of the Balkan velayat and assign him the 5^th qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Amanov Merdan Ilmammedovich as a judge of the Garashsyzlyk etrap court of the Dashoguz velayat, relieving him of his post as a judge of the Hojambaz etrap court of the Lebap velayat,

to appoint Matiyeva Ayjan Shamyradovna as a judge of the court of the Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy etrap of the Dashoguz velayat and to assign her the 5^th qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Medaliyev Babajan Myratgeldiyevich as a judge of the Gubadag etrap court of the Dashoguz velayat and assign him the 5^th qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Akmammedov Yakup Berdimuhammedovich as a judge of the Farap etrap court of the Lebap velayat and assign him the 5^th qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Bashimov Yhlas Jumayevich as a judge of the Garabekevul etrap court of the Lebap velayat and assign him the 5^th qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Alymov Bahtiyar Yhtyyarovich as a judge of the Dovletly etrap court of the Lebap velayat and assign him the 5^th qualification class of a judge,

to appoint Atahanova Gulalek Annamyradovna as a judge for family cases of the Mary city court of the Mary velayat, relieving her of the post of judge of the Mary city court of the Mary velayat,

to appoint Eziz Ashirov as a judge of the Oguzhan etrap court of the Mary velayat and assign him the 5^th qualification class of a judge,

to dismiss Yazmyradov Bazargeldi from the post of chairman of the Dashoguz city court of the Dashoguz velayat in connection with the expiration of his term of office,

to dismiss Yazmuhammedov Yagshymyrat Toylyyevich from the post of judge of the Berkararlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat due to the expiration of his term of office.
