To further develop the national healthcare system and strengthen its material and technical base, significantly improve specialized medical services rendered to the population using advanced technologies, and consistently build modern healthcare facilities supplied with high-tech medical equipment that meet international standards in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree.
According to the document, the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry has been authorized to enter into contracts with the Gap Inşaat Yatirim ve Diş Tiсaret A.Ş. Turkish Company. A contract for the design and construction of a 500-bed Multidisciplinary Hospital in Ashgabat, including landscaping of the surrounding area, provision of modern medical equipment, spare parts and consumables, and specialized staff training.
The document stipulates that construction work will begin in October 2025 and the Multidisciplinary Hospital will be fully operational in February 2029.

According to the document, the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry has been authorized to enter into a contract with Şadyýan Gurluşyk Economic Association for the design and construction of a 300-bed inter-etrap multidisciplinary hospital in Tejen town of the Tejen etrap, Ahal velayat, with landscaping of the adjacent territory, provision of modern medical equipment, spare parts and consumables, and specialized personnel training.
The document stipulates that construction work will begin in October 2025 and that the multidisciplinary hospital will be fully operational in October 2028.

According to the document, the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry has been authorized to enter into a contract with Şadyýan Gurluşyk for the design and construction of a 400-bed Maternal and Child Health Center in Daşoguz of the Daşoguz velayat, along with landscaping of the surrounding area, provision of modern medical equipment, spare parts and consumables, and specialized staff training.
The document requires construction to begin in October 2025 and put in commission the Maternal and Child Health Center to be fully operational in October 2028.
