Decree of the President of Turkmenistan
On the discharge of conscripted military personnel from the Armed Forces, other troops, and military bodies of Turkmenistan, and the next conscription of citizens of Turkmenistan for military service
In accordance with the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the Law of Turkmenistan «On Military Duty and Military Service», I decree:
1. To discharge conscripted military personnel from the Armed Forces, other troops, and military bodies of Turkmenistan who have served the terms established in the Law of Turkmenistan «On Military Duty and Military Service» into the reserves in October–December 2025.
2. To conscript into military service in October–December 2025 male citizens of Turkmenistan who are not eligible for exemption from conscription or for a deferment from conscription, who have reached the age of 18 by the date of conscription, and who have lost the right to a deferment from conscription until the age of 27.
3. This Decree shall enter into force upon its publication.

In pursuance of Decree № 573 of the President of Turkmenistan dated 17th of September, 2025, «On the Discharge of Military Personnel Serving by Conscription from the Armed Forces, Other Troops, and Military Bodies of Turkmenistan, and the Regular Conscription of Citizens of Turkmenistan for Military Service», the President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed an Order instructing the Minister of Defense, the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Minister of National Security, the Chief of the State Border Service, the Chief of the Presidential Security Service, and the Chairman of the State Migration Service to discharge military personnel who have served the terms established by the Law of Turkmenistan «On Military Duty and Military Service» in a ceremonial ceremony in accordance with discharge plans, and to reward those who have excelled in combat and social-humanitarian training.
