On classifying new settlements formed in the Ahal and Dashoguz velayats as settlements and villages and assigning them names

Under the wise leadership of the esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state on the basis of the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028», «National Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the transformation of the social and living conditions of the population of villages, towns, cities of etraps and etrap centres for the period up to 2028» in a new edition, large-scale transformations are being implemented for the socio-economic development of our country, a consistent increase in the housing and living standards of the people. 

Providing the necessary socio-economic conditions for our people is the fundamental basis of the activities carried out by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag and the esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar.

New settlements formed on the territory of the Onaldy geneshlik of the Ak Bugday etrap, the Govshut geneshlik of the Kaka etrap of the Ahal velayat, on the territory of the Taze el geneshlik of the Dashoguz velayat, testify to the successful implementation of the tasks defined in the social programs adopted in our country. 

Taking into account the formation of new settlements in the Ahal and Dashoguz velayats, as well as the petitions of the hakimliks of the Ahal and Dashoguz velayats, the submission of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On the procedure for resolving issues of administrative-territorial division of Turkmenistan», the Mejlis of Turkmenistan resolves:

1. In the Ahal velayat:

1) classify the new settlement formed on the territory of the Onaldy geneshlik of the Ak Bugday etrap as a village and assign the name «Dovletli mekan» to this village and henceforth call it «the village of Dovletli mekan of the Onaldy geneshlik of the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat».

Move the administrative center of the Ongaldy gengeshlik to the village of Dovletli mekan;

2) classify the new settlement formed on the territory of the Govshut geneshlik of the Kaka etrap as a village and assign the name «Bagtly zamana» to this village and henceforth call it «the village of Bagtly zamana of the Govshut geneshlik of the Kaka etrap of the Ahal velayat».

Move the administrative centre of the Govshut gengeshlik to the village of «Bagtly zamana».

2. Classify the new settlement formed on the territory of the Taze yol geneshlik of the Koneurgench etrap of the Dashoguz velayat as a settlement and assign the name «Bitaraplyk» to this settlement and henceforth call it «the settlement of Bitaraplyk of the Koneurgench etrap of the Dashoguz velayat».

3. To abolish the geneshlik of Taze yol of the Koneurgench etrap of the Dashoguz velayat, and transfer its villages of Taze yol, Chilter, Gamyshlyoy, Garashsyzlyk, Gazaker to the administrative subordination of the village of Bitaraplyk.

4. To preserve the powers of the members of the genesh of the geneshlik of Taze yol of the Koneurgench etrap of the Dashoguz velayat for the period established by law as of the time of their election.

5. The Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, together with the hakimliks of the Ahal and Dashoguz velayats, shall, in accordance with the established procedure, describe the administrative boundaries of the village of Dovletli mekan of the Onaldy geneshlik of the Ak Bugday etrap, the village of Bagtly zaman of the Govshut geneshlik of the Kaka etrap of the Ahal velayat, and the village of Bitaraplyk of the Koneurgench etrap of the Dashoguz velayat. 

6. Make the appropriate changes to the List of administrative-territorial units of Turkmenistan, approved by Resolution of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan №. 112-IV of May 10, 2010.
