In accordance with Articles 56 and 81 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree: 

To appoint Khudayberdiyev Yusup Gurbangulyevich as judge of the Garagum etrap court of Mary velayat, relieving him of his post as judge of the Etrek etrap court of Balkan velayat; 

To appoint Nurmuhammedov Shamuhammet Nurmuhammedovich as judge the Bagtyyarlyk etrap court of Ashgabat city and assign him the 5th qualification class;

To appoint Sadykov Yslam Muhammetdavudovich as judge of the Kopetdag etrap court of Ashgabat city and assign him the 5th qualification class;

To appoint Nuryagdyeva Ogulnar Bashimgeldiyevna as judge of the Tejen etrap court of Akhal velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class;

To appoint Meredov Mekan Guvanjovich as judge of the Baherden etrap court of Akhal velayat and assign him the 5th  qualification class;

To appoint Torayeva Oguljennet Gylychdurdyevna as judge of the court of Turkmenbashi city of Balkan velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class; 

To appoint Agamyradov Sylapgeldi Agamyradovich as judge of the Esenguly etrap court of Balkan velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class; 

To appoint Khojagulyev Dovletmyrat Bayramdurdyevich as judge of the court of Dashoguz city of Dashoguz velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;

To appoint Mammedov Rustem Shatlykovich as judge of the Koytendag etrap of Lebap velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class; 

To appoint Khojayeva Jeren Saparmyradovna as judge of the court of Mary city of Mary velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class.
