In order to successfully achieve the objectives set out in the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Socioeconomic Development of the Country in 2022-2028», to support the entrepreneurial and business sectors in training, retraining personnel with higher education and in improving their qualifications in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, I decree:

1. To approve the decision of the Board of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan «On the establishment of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs».

2. The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan shall provide assistance in:

1) developing and approving, in accordance with the legally established procedure, the Charter and structure of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;

2) passing the procedure for licensing activities in the field of education and professional training of personnel, as well as state accreditation of educational activities by the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;

3) preparation of curricula of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in areas of training (specialties) in accordance with international standards, as well as their submission for approval to the relevant Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan;

4) approval in accordance with the legally established procedure of the plan for admission to study at the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;

5) establishment of the amount of student tuition fees at the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;

6) organisation of the beginning of admission of students to study at the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs from the 2025-2026 academic year;

7) organisation of invitation in the established manner of foreign teachers and specialists to conduct classes at the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
