By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Kadyrov Hydyrguly Atamyradovich was relieved of his post as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan named after Oguz han due to his transfer to another job.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, the decision of the Board of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on the appointment of Kadyrov Hydyrguly Atamyradovich as Rector of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs was approved.
