In order to implement Article 12 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Industrial Facilities», as well as to ensure the safe operation of hazardous industrial facilities, proper organisation and implementation of industrial control over compliance with industrial safety requirements, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the requirements for the organisation and implementation of industrial control over compliance with industrial safety requirements.

In order to consistently develop the national education system and significantly strengthen its material and technical base, significantly improve educational institutions based on modern technologies, as well as the planned construction of modern educational institutions that meet international standards and are equipped with advanced equipment, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

According to the document, the Ministry of Education is allowed to conclude a contract for the design and construction of a modern building of the «Güneşli» Children and Youth Centre in Ashgabat with modern equipment and improvement of the adjacent territory, as well as for the arrangement of an observatory with a telescope for observing outer space in the structure of the State Children's Library named after Bazar Amanov, which will be located on the territory of the «Güneşli» Children and Youth Centre, at the expense of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and equipping the library with modern digital technologies and equipment. 

The document requires that construction work begin in June 2025 and that the facility be fully operational in May 2027.
