Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on the transfer of the day off that falls on the Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag of Turkmenistan

In order to create favourable conditions for the solemn celebration of the Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag of Turkmenistan, comfortable rest of the country's population, and also in accordance with Part 2 of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

1. Move the day off from 18th of May to 19th of May, 2025 - Monday.

2. All departments, enterprises and organisations, regardless of their form of ownership, shall ensure the implementation of this Decree.
