In order to successfully implement the educational policy of the President of Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, create favourable conditions for modern education and upbringing, develop the young generation into specialists with a broad outlook, understanding innovative technologies, as well as present laptops as gifts to students admitted to the first grade of comprehensive schools in the country in the 2025-2026 academic year, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.

According to the document, the Ministry of Education is allowed to conclude contracts with the joint venture «Agzybirlik tilsimaty» and the business entity «Aýdyň gijeler» for the purchase of laptops produced in Turkmenistan in the appropriate quantity, their installation in educational institutions by the 1st of August, 2025 and their technical maintenance.
