Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held the regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the agenda of which included a number of issues of state life.

Chairwoman of the Mejlis D.Gulmanova, who informed on the work carried out to prepare the bills connected with the strengthening of legality and order, to protect the rights and freedom of citizens and improve activity of judicial bodies, motor transport and taxation, was the first to take the floor.

The head of the parliament also informed on the festive events held on March 7-8 of the current year on the occasion of the International Women's Day, in particular, ceremonies to honour the women, awarded the honorary title «Ene mähri» and mothers of many children who were handed keys to modern apartments. As she marked, participants of actions on behalf of all women of the country expressed deep gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan as well as to National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Hero Arkadag for positive transformations, implemented in our fatherland and created conditions for happy life and fruitful activity.

At the same time, she informed the work carried out within the framework of strengthening of cooperation with world states and international organisations. So, meetings with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Spain, who presented copies of his credentials as well as with the European Union Special Representative for Central Asia took place. Besides it, the work plan for 2025 between the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and the office of the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) in our country was signed.

Apart from it, deputies take part in educational actions on the political significance of the state internal and foreign policy pursued by the head of the state and the initiatives, which are put forward on the international stage, on the year 2025 and goals of adopted laws.

Summing up the information, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out importance of further enhancement of legislative and legal frameworks of the state, and consecutive improvement of legislative activity.

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Kh.Geldimyradov reported on the preparation of the «Procedure for certification of experts in the field of industrial security».

As he informed, the given document was developed according to the current legislation of Turkmenistan by the Main state service «Türkmenstandartlary» together with profile ministries, sectoral departments, and khyakimliks of velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities. The draft of the standard act outlined the procedure and terms of certification, the list of required documents and rules and norms of work of the certification commission.

In this connection, for consideration of the head of Turkmenistan the draft of the corresponding Resolution was submitted.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that a great role is attached to highly skilled specialists as well as a special significance is given to their training and certification in harmonious and effective development of national economy. Having signed the document developed with a view of maintenance of appropriate operation of industrial objects, the head of the state sent it online to the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet and gave him corresponding instructions to that end.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Amanov reported on preparation for the 10th meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Armenian commission on economic cooperation.

As he informed, with a view of further development and expansion of relations between two countries at the forthcoming meeting of the Commission possibilities of the deepening of interaction in trade and economic, fuel and energy, financial and economic and scientific-education spheres as well as in such areas as high technologies, sports, culture, public health services, transport and communication, information systems, inter-regional interaction and strengthening of contractual and legal basis will be discussed.

In this regard, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet submitted the relevant proposal for consideration of the head of the state.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov marked that the Republic of Armenia acts as one of the countries-partners of Turkmenistan. As he underlined, our states support friendly relations.

Having emphasised importance of appropriate preparation for the 10th meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Armenian commission on economic cooperation, the head of the state approved the proposal on structure of the given Commission from the Turkmen party and instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to hold the relevant work to that end.

Then Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev reported on the activity of agricultural complex and rates of agricultural campaigns in velayats of the country.

As he reported, according to agro-technical standards care of wheat, in particular, application of mineral fertilizers and vegetative irrigation are carried out in regions. Apart from it, preparation for the harvest, including preparation of combine harvesters, which will be involved in the forthcoming season, are in full swing.

Practical steps are taken for organised and timely sowing of cotton. In particular, the fields to be sown with the given crop are irrigated and high-quality seeds are selected.

At the same time, in velayats the work aimed at increase of volumes of output of potato, vegetables and gourds and other food crops, supply of the population with this produce in necessary volumes is conducted.

Corresponding measures are realised with a view of development of cattle-breeding branch, increase in the livestock of cattle and enhancement of its efficiency. Along with it, at present, the lambing campaign is organized properly.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noticed that it is necessary to continue complex development of the agricultural sector, perfection of its activity, as well as strengthening of the material and technical basis of the branch. At the same time, instructions were given to the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to ensure the care of wheat fields, to prepare properly for the grain harvest and cotton sowing according to agro-technical standards and to hold preparation of high-quality seeds for the forthcoming season in the centre of attention.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Annamammedov reported on the work carried out in Ashgabat city on the margins of welcoming the national holiday of spring.

As he informed, necessary measures are taken to transform the capital into a blossoming garden and create favourable conditions for proper cultural leisure of residents and guests, hold festive events at high level. In particular, repair and accomplishment of adjoining territories of social and cultural projects, squares, park zones, fountains, and planting of decorative trees and flowers are carried out.

Along with it, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet reported that within preparation for the forthcoming national tree planting actions in the capital necessary measures are taken to select suitable places for planting saplings of trees.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov marked that in Ashgabat the celebrations timed to the national holiday of spring are widely marked.

Having emphasised importance of continuation of work on accomplishment of the capital in connection with the national tree planting action and the festive events, appropriate preparation for them, the head of the state gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet corresponding instructions.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet N.Atagulyev reported on measures implemented with a view of maintenance of participation of Turkmenistan in the World's EXPO -2025, which will be held in Osaka city (Japan) at high level.

As he pointed out, in the national pavilion high boundaries and achievements of the country as a result the policy of the reforms started by Hero-Arkadag and successful implemented by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov will be widely presented.

Having reported on preparation of the list of the events proposed to be held on the sidelines of participation of our country for the World EXPO, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet submitted the relevant proposal for consideration of the head of the state.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that Turkmenistan consistently develops trade and economic relations with world countries.

Having underlined importance of appropriate preparation for the World EXPO-2025 in Osaka city (Japan) and having approved the presented proposal, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to carry out necessary work.

Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet B.Seyidova reported on preparation for actions on the occasion of the national holiday of spring - International Day of Nowruz.

As she reported, a solemn action planned to carrying out in the place «Nowruz ýaýlasy» in the territory of Ak bugday etrap of Akhal velayat, will be based on works of Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar as well as highlight the national traditions connected with Novruz. It is also planned to organise various exhibitions, performances, song and music programs, in which all variety of customs of our people connected with agriculture, animal industries, gardening and crafts will be reproduced.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov drew the attention to importance of organization of the national holiday of spring - International Day of Nowruz at high level. The head of the state also instructed the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet to organise properly on the occasion of the forthcoming holiday cultural events on the square in front of the buildings «Türkmeniň ak öyi» in regions of the country.

Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet B.Orazdurdyeva reported on sending the youth for education in higher educational institutions of Romania in the academic years of 2025-2026.

Having reported that the Turkmen youth sent to higher educational institutions of the friendly state will be trained in such areas as information technology, public health services and medical sciences, education and pedagogical sciences, agriculture and agricultural sciences, engineering, technologies and engineering science, mathematics and natural sciences, the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet submitted the relevant proposal for consideration of the head of the state.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that in our country many opportunities are provided for young Turkmen nationals to get education in foreign prestigious higher educational institutions that promotes maintenance of national economy with highly skilled specialists.

In this connection, having approved the proposal on sending the youth to higher educational institutions of Romania, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet to carry out corresponding work.

Further, the floor was given to Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs R.Meredov who reported on steps taken to develop international cooperation of Turkmenistan in the field of renewable energy sources.

As he marked, based on initiatives of the head of the state, the special attention is given in the foreign policy of our fatherland topical issues of the global agenda. Among them - strengthening of energy safety, transition to «green» economy in connection with climate change, rational use of energy resources.

Under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, a comprehensive work is carried out to realise provisions of the Law of Turkmenistan «On renewable energy sources» and «National strategy of Turkmenistan on development of renewable energy up to 2030». At the same time, our country successfully carries out the obligations following from the Framework Convention of the United Nations on Climate Change and the Parisian Agreement on Climate Change.

In this connection, proceeding from the instruction of the head of the state, the drafts of the Program for strengthening international cooperation of Turkmenistan in the field of renewable energy sources for 2025-2030 and a complex of actions for its implementation were prepared. The given work was carried out together with the corresponding ministries and sectoral departments and interested foreign partners. In particular, close interaction with experts of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), Secretary of the Framework Convention of the United Nations on Climate Change, United Nations Environment Program, UNDP, United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Global Environment Facility as well as Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia and Asian Development Bank was carried out.

The above-named Program envisages establishment and intensification of constructive cooperation in the given sphere with authoritative international organisations and financial institutions, research centres, leading countries of the world and foreign companies. In this context, for consideration of the head of Turkmenistan the corresponding proposal was submitted.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out that our country pays much attention to development of renewable energy sources. There are also favourable conditions in respect of use of solar and wind energy.

Having focused attention on importance of enhancement of cooperation of Turkmenistan with international organisations in this area, the head of the state approved the submitted proposal and gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs corresponding instructions.

Director General of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakyev reported on the work carried out to develop cooperation in the sphere of logistics between Turkmenistan and the Kirghiz Republic.

He reported on adopted measures for creation of the Joint Turkmen-Kirghiz commission for transport, transit and logistics that will promote further intensification of international transport and transit corridors in a number of directions.

In this regard, the head of the Agency submitted for consideration of the head of the state the corresponding proposal.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov marked that our country attaches a great significance to promotion of transport-logistics cooperation with the Kirghiz Republic.

Thereupon, having approved the proposal on the structure of the Joint Turkmen-Kirghiz commission for transport, transit and logistics from the Turkmen party, the head of the state instructed the head of Agency to carry out necessary work to that end.

At the meeting a number of other issues of state life, on which corresponding decisions were made, were also considered.

Concluding the online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants sound health, family well-being and great successes in their work for prosperity of our sovereign fatherland.
