Another eventful day of the Culture Week, dedicated to the Day of Cultural and Art Workers, as well as the poetry of Magtymguly Fragi, became another vivid confirmation of the deep connection between the rich national heritage and the peace-loving policy of the Fatherland. The events were imbued with the spirit of the International Year of Peace and Trust, marked by the 30^th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.

The third day of the creative event began in the Central Library of the Ak Bugday Etrap with a methodological conference that brought together library workers of the country. Among the issues discussed was the progress in implementing the tasks defined in the State Program for the Development of the Library Sphere of Turkmenistan for 2025-2029.

The participants made presentations on best practices in the field of librarianship, the formation of modern collections, the organisation of cultural and educational events and increasing reading activity. Particular attention was paid to the digitalisation of libraries and the creation of a unified information environment.

Then the events within the framework of the Week continued at the Palace of Culture named after Malikguly Berdimuhamedov in the village of Yzgant in the Gokdepe etrap, where the conference «Parahatçylyk we ynanyşmak - dost-doganlygyň binýadydyr» was held, bringing together media representatives from all over the country.

The emphasis was placed on the importance of the media in strengthening peace, creating an atmosphere of trust both within the country and in the international arena. It was noted that in modern conditions, the role of the media in shaping positive public opinion is becoming key.

The conference participants exchanged experiences in covering topics related to the centuries-old traditions of peacefulness of the Turkmen people, their contribution to the development of good-neighborly relations and strengthening international cooperation. Reports were presented on the importance of cultural exchange, sports diplomacy, and public diplomacy in building trusting relationships between countries and peoples.

In the evening, a festive concert was held in the city of Anew, which was the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2024, with the participation of cultural figures and artists from the Balkan and Dashoguz velayats.

The best creative groups and artists performed on the stage of the City Culture House, demonstrating the richness and diversity of national art. The concert program once again highlighted the deep roots and continuity of Turkmen culture, as well as its ability to renew and develop.

The performances of artists reflected the national flavour and identity of each of the two regions of the country.

The concert demonstrated the richness of the traditions and customs of the Turkmen people through the figurative language of music, dance and vocals, its unity in achieving high goals, which is deeply symbolic in the year of the 30^th anniversary of the neutrality of the Fatherland.

In the evening, the opera «Şasenem-Garyp» was shown at the Turkmen National Music and Drama Theatre named after Magtymguly. The play, based on a folk tale, tells about the eternal universal values: honor and duty, love and friendship, moral purity and human dignity.

Musical accompaniment, bright costumes and scenery, as well as talented performances of the artists created a unique atmosphere on the stage, giving the audience the opportunity to feel the originality of Turkmen traditions and rituals.

The Turkmen National Music and Drama Theatre named after Magtymguly, being one of the leading theaters of the country, continues its mission to preserve and popularise the cultural heritage of our people. Each of its productions is a tribute to traditions, a demonstration of the high professionalism of cultural figures and stage masters.

In this way , the events of the third day of the creative action, held in the Ahal velayat, reflected the importance of national culture and art in the life of society and the state, which, under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, is moving to new heights of development.
