The State Program for the Development of the Library Sphere of Turkmenistan for 2025-2029 has been approved

In order to ensure the preservation of national publishing products, books, which are the spiritual wealth of the Turkmen people, in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state in modern conditions, increasing the people's love for books, for reading and further improving librarianship in our country, as well as in accordance with the laws of Turkmenistan «On Culture», «On Libraries and Librarianship», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution. The document approved the State Program for the Development of the Library Sphere of Turkmenistan for 2025-2029 and the Action Plan for its implementation.

The relevant ministries, industry departments, velayat administrations, as well as the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag have been tasked with ensuring the implementation of the State Program.
