The Plan for zoning agricultural crops by velayats in 2025 has been approved

In order to successfully continue reforms in the agricultural sector, to distribute agricultural crops by their types in accordance with the soil and climatic conditions of the velayats and etraps, as well as to significantly increase the volume of agricultural production through scientifically based crop rotation and increase crop yields in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Plan for zoning agricultural crops by velayats in 2025.

The Ministry of Agriculture, relevant departments, and regional administrations are instructed to ensure the production of a rich harvest of agricultural crops by establishing scientifically based crop rotation in accordance with agricultural technology standards and the widespread introduction of advanced methods into production.
