In order to scientifically substantiate the fundamental reforms carried out in Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the large-scale implementation of scientific achievements in the economy and in all spheres, as well as the training of highly qualified specialists and scientific personnel, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order, according to which quotas for the admission of postgraduate students, doctoral students to postgraduate and doctoral studies in the areas of science, registration of applicants for academic degrees, as well as the admission of residents to clinical residency in 2025 were approved.
