Considering the outstanding contributions to the comprehensive prosperity of our homeland during the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, in strengthening cooperation, peaceful relations of friendship and brotherhood with countries around the world and reputable international organizations, in the global triumph of cultural and spiritual values, the cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, in the collection and scientific study of the rich and invaluable literary heritage of the great thinker of the East, prominent Turkmen classical poet, fount of wisdom Magtymguly Fragi, who entered the golden fund of world literature, in promoting and implementing important political-philosophical, social, humanitarian, spiritual-moral views that have become unshakable pillars of Turkmen society, in educating the younger generation based on the humanitarian and spiritual-moral views of Magtymguly Fragi, in forming high moral qualities among youth, in perpetuating on a legislative basis the literary heritage of the poet, as well as proposals received from representatives of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, major public associations of our country, labor collectives and citizens, and in connection with the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi's birth, based on Article 81 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan resolves:
