With a view of radical reform of agriculture of the country in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State and further increase of efficiency of activity of this sector by means of improvement of management I decree:

1. At the expense of separation from the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan to establish the State Association “Türkmengallaönümleri”, State Association of Food Industry of Turkmenistan, State Association of Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry of Turkmenistan, State Concern "Türkmenpagta" and State Association “Türkmenobakhyzmat”.

2. To determine State Association “Türkmengallaönümleri”, State Association of Food Industry of Turkmenistan, State Association of Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry of Turkmenistan, State Concern "Türkmenpagta" as well as State Association “Türkmenobakhyzmat” as successors of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan in relevant branches.

3. Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, State Association “Türkmengallaönümleri”, State Association of Food Industry of Turkmenistan, State Association of Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry of Turkmenistan, State Concern "Türkmenpagta" as well as State Association “Türkmenobakhyzmat” together with the Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan and other relevant ministries should prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Turkmenistan:

- Drafts of Provisions of structures and lists of staff of central offices;

- Proposals on amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan, following from the present Decree.

4. Control over fulfilment of the present Decree should be assigned to relevant Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, Minister of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the State Association “Türkmengallaönümleri”, Chairman of the State Association of Food Industry of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the State Association of Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry of Turkmenistan, Chairman of State Concern "Türkmenpagta" as well as Chairman of the State Association “Türkmenobakhyzmat”.
