In order to organize the results of the year «Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar» at a high level and to clearly demonstrate the achievements of our youth this year in the fields of education, science, culture, industry, agriculture and other segments of the economy, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, prescribing:

– The Ministry of Education, the Hakimlik of the city of Ashgabat and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, together with other ministries and departments, the Hakimlik of the velayat and the city of Arkadag, and public associations, ensure that an international scientific and practical conference is held on the 27^th of December, 2023 in Ashgabat in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry at a high organizational level, exhibitions and celebrations dedicated to the year «Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar»;

– The Ministry of Culture, the State Committee on Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography and the State Information Agency should ensure wide media coverage of the work being carried out in the context of the above-mentioned events.
