In order to further improve the activities of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan, the proper training of qualified managers and employees for state authorities and local self-government, as well as specialists for non-state enterprises and organizations, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving:

– structure of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan;

– procedure for admission to study at the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan.

The Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan is ordered, together with the Ministry of Adalat, to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers, within a month, proposals for introducing changes and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution.
