With a view of further augmentation of beauty of architecture-town-planning shape of Ashgabat, creation of optimum conditions for living and recreation of population in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution to authorise the khyakimlik of Ashgabat city to conclude with local construction enterprises contracts on designing and building with an accomplishment of adjoining territories 30 and 16 modern four-storey apartment houses of 40 and 68 apartments accordingly, a secondary school for 720 schoolchildren, a kindergarten for 320 children, a park, internal roadways of the residential quarter as well as internal and external water supply and sewage systems in Gurtly residential complex of the capital.

The document authorises it to start construction in November 2023 and to commission projects, constructions and highways with full readiness for operation in September 2026.
