In order to further enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Ashgabat and hold state events in the country at a high level, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the Administration of the Apparatus of the President of Turkmenistan to conclude with the Turkish company «Gap Inşaat Ýatyrym we Dyş Tijäret A.Ş.» contract for the reconstruction and construction of additional buildings and structures of the Ahal-Teke equestrian complex of the President of Turkmenistan.
The document stipulates that construction work should begin in October 2023 and buildings and structures will be handed over fully ready for use in April 2026.

In order to identify talented creative workers who glorify through highly artistic works the 33rd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, the 300th anniversary of the great philosopher and classical poet of the East Magtymguly Pyragy, as well as the large-scale achievements and successes of our native Fatherland, the happy, peaceful and prosperous life of our united people, its national values and principles such as patriotism, unity, integrity, humanism, making a great contribution to the development of Turkmen culture, art, literature, as well as the selection and stimulation of the most talented, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution «On announcing a competition for the award of the President of Turkmenistan «Türkmeniň Altyn asyry» among literary, cultural and artistic figures, amateur young singers and gifted children». The resolution also stipulates that foreign citizens who have expressed a desire to take part in the competition must also be provided with participation in the competition. The winners of this competition will be determined according to established nominations. As part of the competition, a competition among young people engaged in creative work «Pähim-paýhas ummany Magtymguly Pyragy», a television competition for young amateur singers «Ýaňlan, Diýarym!», as well as a competition among dutarists of bagshy musicians «Çalsana, bagşy!» were also announced. and a competition among talented children «Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri».

In accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan «On Migration», «On the Internal Affairs Bodies of Turkmenistan» and Decree of the President of Turkmenistan № 720 «On improving the passport system in Turkmenistan» dated on the 2nd of September, 2020, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving:
– the procedure for registration and issuance of a passport of a
citizen of Turkmenistan, the rules for its use;
– sample and description of a passport of a citizen of Turkmenistan.
According to the document, a previously issued old-style passport of a citizen of Turkmenistan, if in accordance with the legislation of Turkmenistan there is no reason to replace it, cannot be replaced with a new sample of a passport of a citizen of Turkmenistan.
The document also orders the Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with the Ministry of Adalat, to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers, within a month, proposals for amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution.
