Guided by the principles of humanism and virtue of our ancestors, based on adherence to generally recognized international standards for the protection of human rights and freedoms, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Migration», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which a group of foreign citizens was given permission to reside in our country.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Migration Service, together with the relevant ministries and departments, are instructed to continue working on processing documents of foreign citizens and stateless persons who have applied for a residence permit in our country, with the subsequent submission of appropriate proposals to the President of Turkmenistan.
