As part of the opening of a new complex of buildings of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan, the ceremony of awarding the Academy of certificates was held.

The certificate of the University DUISBURG ESSEN (Federal Republic of Germany) for the best architecture in a solemn atmosphere was presented to the rector of the Academy by the senior lecturer of this University, Mr. Bernd Reinhold Rosin.

Then, the adviser of the Institute for Energy Economics and Energy Systems Technology named after Fraunhofer (FRG), Professor Harald Apel, to the applause of those present, presented the Rector of the Academy with a Certificate of this Institute for the implementation of sustainable and advanced technologies.

Currently, one of the important tasks in the implementation of large-scale transformations and reforms deployed in our country is the digitalization of all sectors of the national economy and social sphere, the introduction of advanced scientific achievements into production. The use of innovative technologies and interactive teaching methods in the Academy classes contributes to the deep assimilation of the material.
