In order to radically reform the spheres of agriculture and environmental protection of the country and further increase the efficiency of their activities in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state through improved management, I decide:

1. Create the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan on the basis of division of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan.

2. The Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, together with the Ministry of Adalat and other relevant ministries, prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, respectively, draft Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, the structures of their central offices, proposals on the salaries of managers , the staffing of the central offices, as well as on the introduction of amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Decree.

3. Determine the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan as the successor for agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan.

4. Determine the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan as the legal successor for environmental protection of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan.
