The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase on conferring the Title of Turkmenistan «Altyn asyryň hünär ussady» on L.J. Amanniyazova. *** President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed a Ukase “On pardoning the convicted persons on the occasion of the national holiday - Neutrality Day of Turkmenistan”, having released the pardoned from further serving the primary and additional punishment in the form of imposing the duty to live in the certain injuncted areas. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree “On granting the citizenship of Turkmenistan”, having granted the citizenship of Turkmenistan to a group of stateless persons who have been residing in Turkmenistan. According to the document, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan jointly with other relevant ministries and departments are instructed to continue the work on registering the documents of the stateless persons who have applied for the citizenship of Turkmenistan, with subsequent submission of the relevant proposals to the President of Turkmenistan. *** To implement the agreements reached between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Armenia, as well as to further develop cooperation between the two countries, the President of Turkmenistan issued a Resolution, having approved the Turkmen side’s membership of the intergovernmental Turkmen-Armenian Commission for Economic Cooperation. *** By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Guljemile Geldimyradovna Annanyyazova was appointed the Deputy Chairperson of the State Statistics Committee of Turkmenistan. *** In accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan “On Diplomatic Service” and “On the status of diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan in the foreign countries”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution “On the financial issues of the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan”.
