Respecting the unprecedented heroism shown on the fields of battle by participants of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, selflessness of grey-haired mothers, who worked at that time on the home front, considering their noble work for education of the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, heroism, bravery, strengthening of unity and cohesion of our people, merits in successful realisation of cardinal transformations carried out in the country and also on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Great Victory, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Decree, having instructed khyakimliks of velayats, cities and etraps to present veterans of war with cash gifts in the amount of 200 manats and costly presents on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan in honour of the 78th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in the solemn atmosphere.
