In accordance with article 54 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On court”, I decree:

To appoint Khudayberdiyev Gurbanmyrat Meretgeldiyevich Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan and release him from the position of Mary velayat court.
